This ruck/walk is to commemorate the 65-mile Bataan forced march in April 1942 where over 1000
American and 9000 Filipino allies died.

Start Times: Opening ceremony: 7:45am 14.2-mile event: 8:00am 6.2-mile event: 8:10am
Location: Ruck/Walk begins in Sea Girt and goes to turnaround point in Asbury Park- Almost all on boardwalk
Starting point: South end of boardwalk in Sea Girt, intersection of Crescent and Morven Terrace
You can march with or without a rucksack. Suggested ruck weight is 35+ pounds BUT THERE ARE NO WEIGH INS,
