SUBJECT: Request for Immediate Tuition Assistance for the 1st Montagnard Student attending the Citadel.
This letter is written on behalf of Alexander Jared Pang-Riddle, currently a sophomore student at The Citadel, the Military College of South Carolina.
Alexander’s grandfather was the most decorated Montagnard who served with Mobile Strike Force B-55, 5th Special Forces Group during the Vietnam War.
