Chapter Camping Trip
CONCEPT OF THE OPERATION
Advanced party (VOLUNTEERS) will secure and set up the site before arrival (Friday, 25 SEP 2026) the rest
will start the CampOut afterwards.
• Camp in or outside, Bonfires, 5 meals, range and ammo, ATV’s. Chip type snacks and peanuts, will have soda and water for the 3
days, coffee will be available for the 3 days
• There will be some kind of sides for each meal
• BYOB (NO Spirits when range active.
•BYO weapons and ammo, BYOATV’s. Bedrolls/Bags and tents if Sleeping outside.
• Camp chairs and dress for weather (rain or shine)
• Range AMMO (.308, 5.56, 9mm, .22LR), We provide weapons, Personal weapons welcome (bring your own ammo)
• ATV Trail and fun rides (fuel in budget)

$ 30 per person, RSVP so we know how much food to get.
FRIDAY:On or after 1000 hrs., 25 SEP 2026
Arrival to 301 Hendrickson Road, Freehold Twp, NJ Arrive and Depart as you please (must be sober to
drive). Individuals will set up RON necessities to be determined by needs for comfort and weather conditions.
RVs, tents, tarps, ATVs and inflatable companions welcome. This mission will be executed regardless of
weather challenges (rain or shine). Friday night dinner: see menu. Spirits optional (BYOB) If you don’t drink,
bring a make-a-buddy bottle! Memorial Signal Beacon will be our ORP (Objective Rally Point). Portable
support for 4th point of contact (lawn chairs) are an operator option. Bed rolls and shelter individual or buddy
system. (Coordinate with buddy in advance). Lights out not a requirement, big boy rules. Shelters and special
accommodations upon request in advance for old Farts and broken bodies (two weather-proof buildings).
Friday dinner: Sausage and Pepper sandwiches
SATURDAY: 26 SEP 2026, First Call TBD based on hangovers? Situation will dictate real-world schedule.
0800 – 0900 Breakfast, Bacon egg and cheese, bread, butter, OJ, coffee and milk (for coffee only).
Bring your own mess kit, utensils and cup or eat out of hat with fingers (your option) If you require hot sauce
or spices, bring your own.
0930 – 1000. RANGE SET UP (Bring ammo for personally-owned firearms)
1000 – 1200. SAFETY BRIEFING and SOBRIETY CHECK for all on site.
Rifle range (.22 cal rifles and ammo supplied free)
Fam fire, zero’s preset, adjust aiming point if you don’t like our zero. Keep snot pickers off our sights.
Scored by shot group size, not bullseye.
RANGE OFFICER must inspect all POW’s (I mean weapons, not prisoners) Fun action targets and plates in play,

COMPETITION voluntary for bragging rights. Visually and physically impaired will be allowed access to water gun range only!
1200-1300 Bragg about your sniper skills, Eat whatever you brought for lunch take a nap or visit the linear
trench latrine. (See attached menu for cash rations)
1300-1700 ATV perimeter recon patrol. ATV’s provided after SAFETY Brief and demonstrated safe operation
on open field course.
PERSONAL ATV’s and four-wheel drive POV’s welcome upon inspection and safety brief.
Unlimited POV, trailer and RV/camper parking.
1700-1800 Conduct search and rescue operations for missing personnel. Memorial ceremony for missing personnel we couldn’t find.
1800-1900. DINNER: Smoked pulled pork and bbq beans. Spirits and war stories begin.
2000 – ???? MEMORIAL SIGNAL BEACON (Campfire) Story telling by all. Serious. Serious lies.
Memorable and assorted funny and bull crap stuff. Spirits of choice BYOB; BAB-FAB (Bring a Bottle for a
Buddy) – Red drinks Jack Daniels.
***** Safety Note: Person sleeping closest to fire will be designated FIRE WATCH. He is required to alert all
ODA and Airborne members when his feet are on fire by yelling in pain. (Not required to wake any legs in AO)
SUNDAY 27 SEP 26
0800 – 0900. Breakfast: Bacon egg and cheese same as Saturday. Plus left overs.
0900 – 1000 Coffee, Alibi’s from previous night. AAR for the next one!
1000 – 1600 Hang out, more lies, sober up and go home happy and safe.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT: The mission will be under the control of Chapter officers. Safety officers will be
Paul K and John W. also liaison to property owner. Schedule is proposed with time hacks, however,
actual times may vary based upon the fun we’re having at the time.
COMMAND, CONTROL AND SIGNAL: CHAPTER OFFICERS WILL BE IN COMMAND OF ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THIS EVENT. Red wishes all to have a great time.
SIGNAL will be Voice, yelling, screaming and LAUGHING. Appropriate hand signals may augment com’s.
Cell phones may be required also. **** Head count must be confirmed NLT MAY SFA meeting to insure ration requirements and sufficient logistical support. Last minute attendees welcomed. The content and verbiage used was factual with a dose of humor. Hope you can make the mission!
