Extortion 17 Ruck – 2026
Chapter 19 has been doing this ruck for years in memory of the 39 Special Operators killed in the MH-47 crash, code named Extortion 17, while conducting a CSAR mission on August 6, 2011 in Afghanistan. We rucked the 3.1 miles, and then had breakfast at a local diner, less than 10 minutes from where we parked. Any backpack, no weight requirement. It’s really just a walk in the park for us, but in their honor and support of families.
