James Glover
James Edward Glover was born April 5, 1947 in Williston, SC. He moved to Jersey City when he was just 3 years old and attended the Jersey City school system, graduating from Lincoln High School.
Jim served in the United States Army and the United States Airforce Reserve for 28 years to his retirement as a Master Sergeant. Jim was a member of the 46th Special Forces Company, Thailand, and the 1st Special Forces Group.
He met and married his beloved wife Boonsong while serving in Thailand. A Vietnam War veteran, James was employed at General Electric, Exxon Mobile Company, Pitney Bowes Company and Liberty Mutual until his retirement in 2013. He worked as a Telecommunications Technician. James is preceded in death by his parents, and leaves to cherish his memory, devoted and loving wife Boonsong Glover of 46 years, one daughter, Sirilak; brothers Larry and David; sisters, Michelle, Georgette, Paula, Pamela, Patricia, Joyce and Darlene, as well as a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and many loving cousins.
We lost Jim, Tuesday 22 March 2016. His brothers in Chapter XIX will miss him.
